I was trying to unplug my TV and thought this was the way to unplug it, obviously I messed up and realized I messed up this wire. My TV since then has been trouble turning on. Does anyone know what I'll be having to replace?

You may have damaged the AC power cord.
It is not supposed to be unplugged there, as it is an integral part of the TV i.e. power cord stays attached to the TV and is unplugged from the wall power outlet only.
You will have to unplug the TV from the power outlet and then remove the back cover from the TV, disconnect the power cord from the power board and then remove the damaged power cord from the back cover and replace it.

Here's the page in the service manual that shows the Sony part numbers for the AC power cord - see Ref. #7. Search online for Sony (insert part number applicable to your location) to find suppliers that suit you best.
The manual also shows how to disassemble the TV.
