@haroun95291 connect an external monitor and see if that shows properly. If so, then the issue is with your LCD display. If an external monitor does not show properly either, you will have to ensure that your computer really turns on and it is possible that this is a GPU issue or a BIOS issue. Let us know what you find out so we can try to further troubleshoot , if needed.
