iPhone turns off in a few minutes.

First of all, I am Japanese. I am using translation software for this post. So I apologize if the translation is inaccurate.

My Iphone15pro only lasts about 3 minutes after startup. I saw this site and thought it might be missing sensor data, so I looked into it, but being a novice I couldn't solve the problem.

So I thought I would ask for help from the professionals and post it here.

As for what I have done myself, I have tried replacing the battery, forced reboot, and initializing the Iphone using a PC. However, as for initializing the Iphone, I got error code 4045 and could not do it.

So I looked in the analysis folder of my iphone and found panic.full, but there were so many items that I didn't know which one to look at. (I'll put up an image)

But there was one recent item, so I'll put an image of it as well.

Please, everyone, lend me your strength. :)

Hi Tanaka,

Welcome to iFixit. We do indeed have some very smart people here on this site, including Alisha (@flannelist), who is the author of our Kernel Panics wiki page.

iPhone Kernel Panics - iFixit

On that page there is a section titled ANS2 Recoverable Panic that describes exactly what's going on with your phone. Here's the relevant section.

Unfortunately, fixing this issue requires skills and equipment far greater than most of us have. In other words, it may be fixable, but would require the services of an expert repair shop who can do board level repairs.

I don't suppose your phone is still under warranty is it? If not you may want to consider whether it is going to be worth the cost of repair versus simply replacing the phone, I'm sorry to say.

Thank you for your response.

Is this panic only curable by replacing the NAND chip? Or can it be cured by restoring using a PC?

@tanaka66480 According to my reading of the wiki page, it's not guaranteed that replacing the NAND chip will fix the issue, as it's also possible the signals between the NAND chip and the main processor are the problem, which would be a completely different fix.

My reading of this says that it has been diagnosed as a hardware issue, so updating the software/firmware is not going to fix the problem.

If you know of a phone repair shop it might be worthwhile to see what they would charge for a diagnosis and possible repair. You would want to be sure they are experienced in board level repairs, such as replacing the NAND chip, before hiring them.
