@rosarioalcocer service code is 0001001D means Scale CR servo parameter error. Check/try these things:
Your printers CR Motor has too heavy a load on it, check:
The CR Encoder Sensor and the CR Scale must be free from dust and dirt or any other foreign matters.
Execute encoder checking by the "Maintenance Mode 2".
The CR Timing Belt must be free from any defects and the belt must be in proper tension.
The Carriage Unit must slide smoothly, free from undue load.
Measure the resistance value of the CR Motor. (19.3 ± 10% [Ω]) If the CR Motor is found in short mode, replace the BOARD ASSY., MAIN at the same time.
All the harness must be connected properly and free from short circuit or broken wire.
Remedy
1. Check for dirt, paper dust or damage to the CR Scale
2. Perform the CR Timing Belt Tension Adjustment
3. Replace the CR Encoder Sensor
4. Replace the Motor Assy., CR
5. Replace the C593 MAIN Board

I would try taking a look at that and the carriage. Some more information on how this occurred would be helpful in determining a solution
