What type of power adapter is being used to charge the battery in the phone?
If you have a compatible fast charger i.e. 25W (5V/5A) (or even 45W - 9V/5A) charger with the appropriate USB-C cable you can fast charge the battery by enabling the fast charging setting in the phone.
Go to Settings > Battery > Charging settings > fast charging.
If you 're using a standard charger i.e. 5W (5V/1A) or even a 10W (5V/2A) charger then it will take 7-10 hours to charge the battery

You may need to try using a different power adapter (Brick you plug the wire into) as the Galaxy A15 can charge at 25W of power
Try using a different cable, sometimes the connectors in the USB-C cable can get damaged and cause your phone to charge slow.
