Fuel not traveling to the engine to start up

My 2ton ELF had very low fuel which I started forcing the fuel line to suck in air, how can I fix it??

What is the year and engine model number of the vehicle?

Have you checked if the fuel pump is working OK e.g. fuel pump relay or fuse are both OK?
