Replaced Digitizer worked fine now has stopped working.

I have had this happen twice now with two different Friends. We replaced the LCD/Digitizer on the 4S and after they took a light tumble the stopped working at all. The phones are in great condition. The screen has not been damaged but they are not responding.

We can't get them to work at all.
