Why is my monitor not connecting to my pc

So I was playing on my pc and it randomly started to become super delayed so I restarted it but then it just wouldn't connect even though I'm t was on the right HDMI port so I need some help

Is the monitor powered on OK and can you view the monitor's menu screens OK?

What is the make and model number of the PC or motherboard if a custom build?
