The battery looses charge within 24 hours of charging. On charge it reaches 94% within five minutes. The device is three years old. I suspect that the battery needs replacement. What are the steps to replace the battery please?

@anthony88202 iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for this. There is a great teardown right here Fitbit Luxe Teardown and if you combine that with something like this video you can do the battery replacement by yourself.
While you work on your Fitbit, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
