Reset/crashing but not panic.full

So my iphone 13 pro recently has begin to trigger reset events. I cannot seem to figure out exactly what is causing it.

It happens upon attempts to use the phone and the only weird issue that has remained constant is the battery level will show 5-15% after the crash when before it will show 50-100%.

The most resent crash the phone was on the charger and was 90%+ when it crashed and came back up showing 10%.

I plugged it in and in minutes the charge showed 80% again.

after searching for fixes i checked the accessibility files for panic.full files as suggested for others. My phone does not have any files with that tag but i fid see a string of RESET files with time stamps from the occurrences.

Hoping someone here can help decipher the issue and offer some help towards a fix.

This is a low battery log that also corresponds with time of crashes.

After more digging, i see low battery log issues also at the time of some of the crashes.

The ones dated at 5/20 were after a full charge overnight and no real use yet in the day. Battery showed 100% prior on dormant mode screen check but not unlocked.

After unlocked crashing persisted until plugged in again. 2 crashes after that, battery said 10% and came back to 100% in under 5 minutes.

Looks like pics were sent up to original post, lol

What is battery health in settings?

It does show max capacity @ 64%. Even so, 64% doesnt seem low enough to crash when at full charge.

A battery level of 64% is really low, i've seen iPhones with weird behavior at higher health levels. It could just be a malfunctioning battery. I would try and replace it to see if it fixes the problem

This sounds like the battery to me. Often batteries that are failing will misreport remaining capacity, or be unable to output adequate current to support whatever function. This leads to these expected shutdowns, or random restarts. I would absiolutely replace the battery and if still nothing, we can look into some other causes.

Bear in mind Apple recommnends replacing the battery once 80% overall capacity has been reached.
