Buy a new one for your model on ebay etc. Buy a tri wing screwdriver to remove the back screws as well. Remove the back, remove the reader and replace it with the new one.
더 읽어보기I'd fit a new battery then try it if it's 5 or 6 years old. Also could need a new charge port if it does the same thing after a new battery. Older iphones can bootloop if the front camera ribbon develops a fault so it might be worth a try disconnecting it then trying to restore.
