Not very explanatory of the symptoms. But based on that, I would say the start switch is defective.

OK, it is belt driven so that would be the obvious first thing to check.
The differentials have been known to go bad, but you should get some movement with that problem.
@toniolsen what make, model and year, electric or gas, is your cart? what have you checked?

@oldturkey03 it's a gas powered ezgo not to sure of year replaced spark plugs cleaned garb it starts but won't move
