Triggers not working (RT Stuck at 100%)

It all started when I opened my controller to repalce the shell. After I assembled it I noticed that my right trigger is fully pressed all the time so I thought naybe I damaged the sensor...

I ordered a new sensor and my friend helped me replace it, but even after that it was stil the same. After opening it again and using a multimeter we noticed that both triggers sensors are not recieving power. We checked that everything is connected and nothing seems off.

What can cause this and what can I do now?

Hi!

Are you sure the controller is 100% correctly assembled? Nothing in the way?

If yes, please check the motherboard. Nothing damaged on there? Are the traces still fine and not damaged?

Does everything else works? As in wired and in battery mode?

If possible, can you share some pictures with us regarding the triggers and motherboard?
