Today, the screen is dead

Hi, I have an Aorus 15P KD that I bought in 2022, and I gave it to my friend in January 2024. He has been playing on my old laptop for almost a year, he played often. Yesterday it was working perfectly, and the only thing he did was a system update and then shut it down. Today, the screen is dead — it doesn’t respond at all and won’t turn on anymore.

So we don’t know if it’s the cable or the screen, because my friend was always opening and closing the laptop lid.
