The Siemens numbers you are listing are simple relays. The trouble you are running into is that VKP-31F32-Z01 were replaced by VKP-31F72-Z03. However the entire VKP series has now been discontinued and is obsolete.

Now, if you use your car's exact year make and model and search for headlight relay, you should find the right relay.
