1 flexi arm won't spin
any fixes for the flexi arm not spinning?

I had the same issue. Solution was to tear down the appliance and change the arm (you can find spare part in ali express)

I did the same thing. all steps were required - I tried to figure out which I could skip, but ultimately you need to take off the top which can only be done by... the guide. the only step that I'm not certain is needed for the arm is step 6. and if you do end up needed it, be very careful putting the screws back in. use a magnetic screwdriver, ideally a strong one. I lost one of the screws in the robot - oh well.
