@caseyteska that label is for Lenovo part numbers. It usually includes your computers exact model number. Lenovo doesn't make the motherboard. The motherboard numbers are usually printed on the board. Looks like on yours it maybe printed by the RAM slots.
The common motherboard for your computer should be a NM-D471
