Just verifying that you connected a set of wired headphones to the phone's headphone jack?
The headphones' cable acts as the antenna for the FM radio.
If you open the Radio app then it will scan for and save the radio stations available in your location for you to choose from and then to listen to them through the phone loudspeaker, tap on the menu icon in the app (3 vertical dots) and select Play through speaker
