HP DV6000 3 small beep 3 large beep not working

Shabbir, the 3 beeps are usually related to bad RAM. On the bottom of your laptop to find the door where the RAM is, remove the memory module carefully. Try to just start with one module, try all the different combinations, by moving the RAM to the different slots, to see if it make a difference. Remember also, this series has some major overheating issues that leads to logic board (GPU) failure. 1 long beep, 2 short beeps indicates problems with video adapter, 1 short and 2 long beeps indicate RAM issues.
