Background
Lisuan Tech (砺算科技) is a graphics card developer founded in Shanghai, China, in 2021. Lisuan Tech applies its GPUs to multiple product solutions including digital twin, CAx Industrial design, GIS 3D visualization, cloud desktop and cloud gaming.
Lisuan Tech's first GPU line, the 7G100, launched on July 16, 2025. The series is built on TSMC's 6 nm process and uses Lisuan Tech's in-house TrueGPU Tiantu architecture. The 7G100 series made Lisuan Tech the first Chinese company to have developed a 6 nm GPU. On April 24, 2026, Lisuan Tech received Microsoft's Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL) certification for the LX 7G100 GPU. The WHQL approved drivers made Lisuan Tech the first Chinese company and fourth GPU developer worldwide to receive the certification.
Lisuan Tech has built its graphics cards on the in-house TrueGPU Tiantu architecture. The architecture supports FP32, FP16, INT32 and INT8 data types. Graphics cards built on the architecture support many AAA games, professional applications, the in-house upscaling technology NRSS, SR-IOV GPU virtualization, AI models, and many mainstream APIs such as DirectX 12, Vulkan 1.3, and OpenGL 4.6.
