The Toshiba Encore 2 WT8-B is an 8.0-inch tablet that was released in July 2014 by Toshiba. Toshiba’s Encore 2 series tablets were first introduced with Windows 8 Operating system with Microsoft’s Bing as a default search engine. The operating system can be upgraded to the latest Windows 10 operating system but some devices may experience technical glitches after the update.
