Audiovox CDM-8910 LCD Screen Replacement

With phone in the flipped-open position, use a spudger to remove the four (4) rubber pads (one shown in red circle) located near the corners of the face with the LCD screen.

Use a small Phillips head screwdriver to remove the four (4) screws exposed by removed rubber pads.

Use a spudger to pry the front cover off of the phone, gradually working your way around the front face.

Use a spudger to lift away and remove the metallic frame (in blue).

Use the spudger to lift away the two electrical contacts (in red).

Use the spudger to lift away the speaker (in yellow).

This is what the rear of the LCD screen should look like before proceeding. Note all necessary connections are undone.

Use a spudger to lift away the LCD screen.
