Flip the device over so that the bottom side is facing up and use the Phillips #1 Screw Driver to remove the four 4mm screws on the cover panel.
Lift the panel to remove it from the device.

Remove the RAM by placing your thumbs on the silver tabs on each side of the RAM stick and pulling the tabs away from the RAM stick.
The RAM stick should "flip" up when it is released from its holders.
Pull the RAM stick toward you to remove it.
Repeat the above step to remove the second RAM stick
