Locate and unscrew the thre 4mm screws surrounding the fan.

Before you remove it, make sure to unplug it from the holster shown in the image.
Upon doing these steps, you will be able to remove the fan with ease.
Clean the fan with compressed air and a dry cloth prior to replacing it.
