• Wire up the Back Glass Separator. Connect the Back Glass Separator with Air Compressor via an air pipe. Switch on the Air Compressor. Open the air compressor valve.
• Switch on the Back Glass Separator. Rotate the pressure regulating valve and set the value as 0.4Mpa.

• Place iPhone 8 back glass assembly into the corresponding mold. Press ‘Up’. With the temperature rising to 240℃, press ‘Start’. The back glass assembly is clamped tightly by the mold.
• After 200 seconds of heating, mandril of the machine starts to work.

• Remove the back glass after 18 seconds. Remove glue residue on the back glass thoroughly.
• iPhone 8 back glass separating has been completed successfully.
• Attach a new back glass to the midframe in the end.
