I repair a lot of computers for our customers. The laptops being enterprise class are easy to work with when you have the right tools. I've been using screwdrivers for almost everything until I got this set, and after that it's been so much easier.

Recently, I had a computer with a special screw that I hadn't seen before. I thought I didn't have the tool and would have to cancel the repair, but to my surprise there it was—the bit I needed.

Whatever you do, don't use screwdrivers to pry the plastic apart, you'll make ugly dents in the chassis. The plastic tools included in this pack does the job and leaves no mark.
