Dead LED Screen

The LED screen on my switch went out just over a year after buying it and Nintendo wanted to have it shipped and keep it past Christmas for $118 for the repair. Figured I’d try it myself

Screw removal was easy. The ribbons were a little difficult but figuring out that the digitizer was just the screen area and not attached to the frame was the biggest issue -_-‘ Probably would have gone faster if I had realized this sooner

The iopener tool worked like a dream and looked at another video on YouTube to figure out the digitizer wasn’t attached to the frame. I highly recommend prying tools.
