If the apps are still installed but disabled you should be able to reenable them without a hassle. First find the "Apps" menu in your phone's settings menu. From there the rightmost tab should be labeled "Disabled". If it doesn't exist you may not have any disabled apps. Clicking on any of the apps in this list will bring up a menu to enable them. To reinstall any uninstalled apps I would use the Google Play Store. If you don't have that I would check to see if it is disabled first. If you are still unable to find the Google Play Store app you may have to reinstall it manually. To install the Google Play Store app manually first go to your phone's settings and find the menu labeled "Security". From here scroll down until you see a toggle titled "Unknown Sources". This used to happen to my DS lite too. Something in the reader broke and DS game cards that would move around too much would cause the game to freeze while I was playing it. While not a perfect solution, I found that taping the games securely in place prevented this issue from continuing to happen.
