As far as I know about BIOS, there is 2 forms of BIOS passwords. The forms are desktop and laptop/notebook. Desktop BIOS passwords are easy to bypass by moving the jumpers. Laptop BIOS passwords are way more difficult to bypass as they are stored on the EEPROM chip which is soldered to the motherboard. If you don't know the BIOS password, you need to either talk to the guy who previously owned them or put new motherboards in them to get past the BIOS password.
