더 읽어보기Hi I have been through this problem to and what you have to do is hold the power button and the home button together for 10 seconds and it should reboot but you have to remember to take the charger off and then when it has rebooted put it back into recovery mode and on itunes click restore and update (When you do this your data and pictures will be lost but you can recover it with an application called Dr Fone by WonderShare which I will leave for you and a video on how to use it. Hi there i have had the same problem but they are exactly the same its just that p5110 has a sim card slot while the p5100 doesn't hope that helps
