Hi. I did fix my Laptop. My cable was ok. It was the connector on the main board that was damaged. I saw it with a magnifier. One pin was bend over the one on its right, creating a short circuit. The consequence was only the lack of BT. Fortunately, with a needle and a tiny microscope lenses (and a lot of patience) I finally got the pin back in place. Then I reconnected the cable to never disconnect it again and... Boom !! My BT is working again. So if anyone think his cable is damaged, please check your connector before disassemble your screen. Because this connector is not robust at all.

The connector to the logic board is realy not robust and may have been broken. You may try to disconnect it and look if there is any damage. If so you are in trouble becaus this cable is splitting in two at the bottom of the screen panel. One half goes to the Wifi/BT and the other is going to the camera. Why does my wifi not come up (the camera doesn't work either)?)

Ok I tried to remove the front glass with a hair dryer with no success. The back case became so hot I can't even hold it to pull this the suction cup...
So I borrowed a heat gun and it was very easy to remove. I was surprised. I heated until I saw steam inside the panel through the glass. I then pulled hard on one corner ands it came. After that the all glass came easily without reheating.
After the LCD panel exchange I manage to have no dust or finger tips inside and put the glass back on its old tape glu. And shazam !
The MacBook now work great again.
Thank you ifixit.
