Hi all, Many people have been reporting this issue with no official recall . This is a large issue with Surface Books and Microsoft needs to be held accountable. There is now a FB group to get together and see where all of us can go from here. Even if you already spent the $599+ to fix the surface book, still join in case there is a chance for financial retribution.
