This is a common problem on Samsungs with Exynos SoCs. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do except find a replacement board. Even if you find one, I wouldn't recommend replacing it as it may suffer the same fate. Just get a phone that doesn't have Exynos.

더 읽어보기I heard someone say earlier that the glue this time is far less forgiving. Will have to wait for iFixit and their official teardown of the Deck OLED to find out, ig. Edit: They already did a teardown :P and yes, the glue is far less forgiving this time, it seems. Come on Valve, where are the pull tabs?!

Assuming you're able to boot into the boot manager (Hold Volume down and click the power button until you hear a chime). Plug-in your bootable media and boot from the "EFI USB Device" in the boot manager. Once into SteamOS, double-click/tap Reinstall SteamOS

더 읽어보기Checked the schematics on iFixit and based on your images and the clipped-out PCB section, it looks like the chip O2Micro OZ536 which is a Backlight LED Driver (I could be wrong). Now, I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to microchips but what happened to your Steam Deck? Did it turn on? Did you try turning it on?
더 읽어보기They won't work. However, I saw a post on their official Twitter account that they're working on joysticks for the OLED variant. Knowing it's Guilikit, they should be out soon.
더 읽어보기Since the shell of the OLED model is the same size as the LCD one, the backplate should fit, and so should other external accessories. The buttons, too, since they're, well, the same dimensions. As for the main components like the Screen and Battery, the new OLED display won't work on the LCD variant since it now uses a different connector, not to mention different voltages. The battery, too, is thicker and won't accommodate the LCD variant because the LCD panel is thicker.
더 읽어보기Probably not. It was stated that one of the reasons they could accommodate space for a bigger battery is due to the OLED screen being slimmer than LCD. I would love for someone to try it but I think it's not possible.

This is honestly really disappointing from Valve. Most Steam Decks are way past their warranty periods and this part should've been made available from day one! I know they have more important things to take care of but then why promise when you can't deliver? I'm hoping this will be made available soon.
