I had similar problem on a Vauxhall Combo heater which worked only on setting 4. The answer was a new resistor matrix fitted into a connector just behind the heater body. It is tricky to reach but it works on al 4 settings now.

I bought a Toguard H20 Wildlife Camera in April 2021

The camera does not take "night vision photos or videos" The rest of the features work fine

I have seen that the infrared leds glow for a bit and then dim.

I put in brand new batteries(AA LR6 Alkaline), also I reformatted the SD card and tried the different video resolutions and short 5 second length. Also done a factory reset all without success.

I guess it is so poorly made and will not last

I always check the flint is still striking a spark before refilling as this is much less messy when the lighter is empty rather than full.

If there is no spark when triggered then the flint probably needs renewing, if there is spark and no ignition then refill,
