I have the Kingston Hyper x Cloud II headphones. My headphone jack broke so I bought a new jack with the screws so I wouldn’t have to solder . The screw holes were labeled R, L, V, and the symbol for Ground. The wires leading to my headset were: Blue, Green, Red/Copper, and a White wire wrapped in plan copper wires. I discovered that the following worked for me: Blue wire goes to L Green wire goes to R Red/Copper wire goes to V Copper wire wrapped around White wire goes to Ground White wire goes to V Now everything works great! Mic tests perfect and the sound is clear and routes correctly.
