Hello Vicki When charging the battery: (1) A solid blue light indicates that the battery is charging. (2) No light indicates the battery is fully charged. (3) A solid amber light indicates that the battery is not charging due to a temporary fault (e.g. too hot/cold). (4) A flashing red light indicates that there is a fault, please call the Dyson Helpline. Hope that helps.
- Open Settings. Phone: Navigate to and open the Galaxy Wearable app, and then tap Watch settings. Watch: Navigate to and open Settings. - Open the Hearing enhancement settings. Scroll down on the watch or phone and tap Accessibility, then tap Hearing enhancements. - Disable Mute all sounds. If Mute all sounds is enabled, tap the switch next to Mute all sounds to turn it off. The switch will be in the left position when it is turned off. - Open Sound and vibration settings. On either the watch or the phone, navigate back to the watch's settings page, and then tap Sound and vibration or Sounds and vibration. Make sure the watch is not set to Mute. - Check for water. If your watch has been immersed in water, or if the microphone or speaker is wet, sound may not be heard clearly during a call. Dry the watch thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth. You may need to eject the water to restore the speaker to working order. Contact Samsung for a repair.
