Hello all My sister is a writer, and she managed to spill her hot cocoa all over her MacBook. I have cleaned and inspected...

If you email Bernina directly and ask them they may be able to help. https://www.berninamanuals.com donโt appear to have service manuals for the 830 range which is unfortunate. I would suggest contacting them however, as they are probably your best shot: Info@LRBservices.net I do have a copy of the โAdjustment Manualโ which I think applies to all the variants of the 830 model. It may be what you are after, Iโm not sure. [๋ฌธ์: Bernina-830-Record-Service-Man.pdf] I hope this helps :)
๋ ์ฝ์ด๋ณด๊ธฐHi Sebastiรกn It sounds like you are getting this red flashing LED warning because the system in your boat is detecting that your pump is drawing too much current. This error might occur because there is a fault in the detection system itself, or because there is a short-circuit in the boat wiring, or because the pump is dead. I would advise checking the following: (1) Check for a short-circuit or low resistance in the wiring to the pump (2) Dissassemble the pump itself and check for water damage or other damage which may cause the fault. (The guides here and here may help) It is very hard to diagnose an intermittent problem like this without actually seeing the system :)
๋ ์ฝ์ด๋ณด๊ธฐI would suggest running Apple Diagnostics. (1) Shut down the MacBook (2) Disconnect everything except the charger (3) Hold down the โDโ key, and boot the MacBook (4) Keep holding the โDโ key until you are asked to select your language (5) Once you select a language, Apple Diagnostics will run a bunch of tests If there is something wrong, you should get a reference code which may help you track down the issue. This could also potentially be a software issue, so if possible try a wipe and clean install. If your logic board is dead, you donโt have too much to lose.
๋ ์ฝ์ด๋ณด๊ธฐI donโt have that exact model, but I do have the Service Manual for the S24A350H. It may be of use to you. [๋ฌธ์: Samsung_s22a350h_s23a350h_s24a.pdf] (For future searchers: Samsung Monitor Service Manual S22A350H, S23A350H, S24A350H, & S27A350H, Chassis: L3S22HS, L3S23HS, L3S24HS, & L3S27HS)
๋ ์ฝ์ด๋ณด๊ธฐPower down the phone first before you try anything. If you have needle tweezers, try using them to extract the sim. Another method is to get a second person to hold the phone for you, and then carefully use two needles or pins together to try pry out the stuck sim. The method I have used before with the most success is actually a paper clip and superglue. You have to be very careful though, and not use too much glue. Bend a paperclip into a โLโ shape, making sure that one side of the โL'โ is shorter than the width of a sim card. Hold the phone so that the sim tray slot is upwards. Put a tiny smear of superglue onto the short part of your โLโ shaped paperclip, and CAREFULLY put it into the sim tray slot and onto the end of the sim card. Wait long enough for the glue to set (30 sec or so), and then gently pull out the paperclip, and the sim card will come with it. Make sure to clean all the glue off the sim card, and donโt get any glue on the gold spring contacts inside the phone. If you cannot get it out,...
๋ ์ฝ์ด๋ณด๊ธฐItโs hard to know whatโs going on without seeing it, but I would suggest double-checking that you are using the correct reference for the crankshaft timing mark. It is kinda offset to one side at 45ห, not vertical. If all else fails, lock all of your timing pulleys in place and replace the timing belt. If it was running fine before, it will run fine after too if you keep the same timing. I hope this helps.
๋ ์ฝ์ด๋ณด๊ธฐFirst, I would recommend checking the ribbon flex to the LCD. It could be the problem, and the LCD is actually fine. If you do need to replace the LCD, there is a replacement guide here. Be aware that soldering is required. Also, I would recommend desoldering the ribbon flex, not just ripping it off as is suggested in the replacement guide. I believe the TI-30XB uses a 16x4 line dot-matrix display, but I canโt find it anywhere. Calculators are notoriously hard to find parts for - replacement parts for the TI-30XB may not be available at all. You may need to find a โdonorโ calculator to supply the screen. I would start by looking for some old TI-30XBโs or XSโs on eBay and using them for parts. You could contact the guys at CalculatorSource - if anyone can help to source parts; they can. Their contact details are here.
๋ ์ฝ์ด๋ณด๊ธฐHave you jail broken it or attempted to? Error 9 generally occurs during a firmware upgrade, and has something to do with a problem with the USB connection to your device that is causing it to unexpectedly disconnect when syncing. It can be a hardware problem e.g. if the dock/lightning flex is water damaged or something. Do all the basic stuff first: (1) Reboot your computer and try to restore again. (2) Use a different USB cable and port. (3) Check for dirt/junk/pocket fluff etc. in the lightning connector which could be preventing it connecting properly. (4) Disable any firewalls or security software which may be preventing access to the Apple servers. (5) Try restoring using a different computer. You need to provide more specific and background info if you need more help.
๋ ์ฝ์ด๋ณด๊ธฐAs Akash suggested, if you can remove the battery it will help. I would lift the screen and disconnect the battery, then plug the phone into a computer with iTunes installed. If the phone boots up with the battery disconnected, then the battery is likely the problem: follow this guide to replace it. If it doesnโt boot up, you should hopefully still get an error message of some description from iTunes. The error message should give you a better indication of what is wrong.
๋ ์ฝ์ด๋ณด๊ธฐCheck your timing carefully - you may have installed the new cambelt one tooth out on one of the pulleys โฆ Iโve done it before with similar symptoms.
