"Verify by checking if the light on the adapter is on when plugged in." The power adapter for the 3400 doesn't have a light that I can find, but the one on my 3400 itself is lit. Still no getting it to turn on.

Mine has no apparent motor problems but the blade doesn't seem to engage with the motor after I tried to make nut milk (convinced by someone else that it was ok). The whole blade assembly clatters and wobbles. I can't get the blade assembly out of the glass container. If I could, would a new one be the answer? Thank you!
