There is no way that you can truly bypass them unless your school district has forgotten to lock Crosh (Chromebook command line) and even then it requires you to open the machine. Launch developer mode and basically re-install an OS. If you need more information read up on https://mrchromebox.tech/ but again this will NOT work unless you are a District Administrator. You just won't be able to launch Crosh.
