After throughly checking the aircond system, we found that the air quality sensor is fault. The sensor is sensitive enough and give a report to ecu on how the surrounding air quality and the ecu may shut the compressor as necessary. So hopefully this is the culprit. I'm still waiting for the parts to come and update the situation.
