Follow these troubleshooting steps in order to identify your issue: (1) Try hard resetting your computer by holding the power button for at least 10 seconds. (2) Try entering the BIOS by pressing F10 right after booting your system. If this works that means you OS is most likely corrupted. If you are not able to enter your bios, it can be anything from a dead motherboard to a defective ram stick. If you are confident enough to open your computer, you could try removing of the ram sticks. One after another. (3) You mentioned that a cursor is being displayed right after booting, this is unlikely the issue, but should try but try using a different display. It can be anything from a monitor to a regular TV. Hope this helps.

As long as you don't swap the whole board, you should be good to go. Here's a link on how to create the installation media in case you don't know how to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FgJSrAnt...

As your model comes with an HDMI port, try connecting it to an external screen. It can be anything from a monitor to even a TV. Just a headsup in case you're too tech-savy, make sure to change to TV output in case you're using one, in order to display image.

더 읽어보기It's a 2TB solid state drive; out of 2TB, you have 1.8TB unused/available. Also keep in mind that even if your solid state drive was to be empty, it would show less than the rated capacity, as a good part of the missing storage is being used by your operating system, also the way the SSD was formatted.
