You might need a more powerful USB power adapter. What is wattage power on your USB power adapter? To find your wattage rating on the white USB charger, one of the sides will have ink in light tan or grey. If you look at the top line, there should be some words that say: “10W USB Power Adapter” or something along those lines. If you’re using your iPad with a 10 Watt USB Power adapter, you’re going to be using power faster than the battery can charge even when you’re plugged in. This a common issue. You have 2 choices: 1) Let the iPad battery charge for a few hours with no use. 2) Upgrade the power adapter. To do that, you need to purchase a 30W USB Power adapter (~$50) and a Apple Lightning to USB-C cable (~$20 for 1 meter, ~$30 for 2 meters). You can find them at Target, Best Buy, and Apple’s website.

I believe the water reservoir is tiny enough so there is little to no water in the internal hot water reservoir. This website links to the owners manual and on page 14, it says to place a mug below the spout, closer reservoir and run the machine until it’s out of water. Probably wouldn’t hurt to remove loose or moving parts then turn it upside down and gently shake the condensation out, then let it sit in a warm dry environment for 2 to 3 days for the condensation to evaporate.

Sounds like there is a loose wire in the ear speakers. I believe you’ll need to do some wire stripping and soldering to reconnect any loose wires. What you should do is to isolate the problem. Is it an intermittent fault? Is it both sides? Is it one side? Does the problem happen when the headset is tilted or the headphone wire pulled a certain direction? You’ll need to carefully disassemble the headset and look for the loose wires.
