crack it open (i think you have really really small jam) and remove the metal part and check the sensors and so on whatever they have junk inside (or paper)
i think you need to desolder it and solder new one just open up your phone and check whatever it's soldered or not if it isn't just look for that part (ebay amazon etc.) if it is you need to desolder old one and solder new one
i would say yes, why shouldn't you? S4 is S4? just crack both open and unless you see diffrent structure and connectors nothing can stop you from swapping boards
that's gonna be hard one.... battery? i don't think so maybe the screen died, try to connect it to monitor and than power it up if nothing open it up and check on it, board damage, blown stuff etc. (wear antistatic eq) if you find something post pictures and let us know whatever it does work with external monitor or not
i'm not PRO or so but i'll say yes becouse the bios has to detect that you use that reed switch (most laptops use reed switch) and i think you can turn it off in BIOS just enter it and look arround
try F2 F8 F9 F12 Del if nothing works your software may be the problem (like win 10 dosen't let me do that....i need to enter advanced reboot in win 10)
Ok i'll try that and i let ypu know whatever i broke or fixed it...
I know that but i think we all should use °K or °C or °F and not some country that another that... Same with inches and floors like 1st is 0 or smth weird....
Should i start from upper corner? Or from side? With spudger??? How?? There is no place to stick it in... The screen I'm going to repair is cracked near home button and is white (dubble unluck) tutorials say that if i have much resistance i should try another spot becouse i may be lifting glass and touch...
Should i heat up evenly or only top and rest a little bit?
(bloody °F and °C... Why we can't use °K everywhere...)
I had broken s3 (whole display and touch) and i tried to remove the glass (broken)(to learn how to do it) i set my hot air at 70 °C and after 20min 80°C for another 10 ! And it didn't help much i destroyed whole screen becouse i pulled glass and touch...
Maybe should i set the temperature higher? (yes it was 70-80°C whole phone) becouse i need to fix s3 for real soon that works but has broken glass
Thanks man i was curious what's inside that puppy... Not an easy repair like my galaxy s3....
Tear down s6 edge please
Add some specs on start and foto of the unit ....

You should include some info on the caps (brand and temperature rating) and you should tear down every charger on every phone
Cleanap dosent worry me...
