I have had this problem with my TV, I tried a factory reset on the TV the lines went away for about an 1hr then they returned so you should try that and see what happens. If that doesn't work try and see if there are any cords loose on your TV or your cable box. If that doesn't work then you might need to get a new TV. Hope this helps. Best Of Luck!!!!
I have had a similar problem to this. All I had to do was take the SIM card out then turn off the device wait about ten minutes turn it back on then put the SIM card back in and it had no problem after that. Hope this helps. Best of Luck!!!
