After buying over 24 Oculus headsets, all having different problems….I finally bought a Samsung Odyssey Plus. All I want to do is fly my X Plane 11 aircraft in Virtual Reality. Plug and play setup. Configuring software for games is where it gets interesting. But hardware setup is easy. Doesn't have the power but Resolution is same as HTC Vive Pro. Has OLED displays instead of LCD displays and you can pick up a good used System for around $200. I love Oculus but it doesn't love me. Why does Oculus/Facebook Technologies,LLC have such poor customer service? Why doesn't Oculus care about their customers?

Confirming that the phone is a Samsung Galaxy A6 2018 SM-A600GN 32GB Dual Sim Smartphone. It has the latest software. SCREEN TIME OUT is still doing same thing. When I change the time out setting, it registers and displays the time I choose but continues to go dark screen in 15 seconds
