Hi, try plugging it into your computer then press the home and on/off button together whiles iTunes is open, then your computer should make the connection sound it always makes when connecting a device, the iPod should then go into recovery mode and should work. Good luck!
Hi there, you have 3 options. 1. (Most expensive and obvious option) Call Motorola and ask them how to solve the issue, they may offer to replace the screen at a price. 2. Visit a local tech store that do screen replacements, they usually provide good deals and may be the best option. 3. Visit the eBay mobile phone section try to find a good deal and purchase a screen separately then replace it yourself. This will be the cheapest option but you may mess it up and completely break the phone. Here is a review to help if you choose that option: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8lEuVmsiB... Good luck.
Hi there, try these steps: Connect the iPhone's USB cable to your computer, but not your iPhone. Turn your iPhone off. If the phone won't turn off in the traditional manner, just keep holding the buttons until the screen goes dark. Once you've turned the device off, press the home button on the face of the device and plug in the USB cable to the device's dock connector. When it turns on, keep pressing the home button until the iTunes logo appears on the screen. You'll know the phone is now in recovery mode because a window in iTunes will tell you. You can then start the restore process by clicking the "Restore" button in the iTunes window. Hope this fixes the issue.
