ASUS ROG Spatha X is Not Conecting to Wireless Dock

Is your Asus ROG Spatha X not charging when stationed on the charging dock? Use this troubleshooting guide to help diagnose why.

Ensure that the cable connecting the charging dock to a power outlet is firmly connected to both.

Replace the USB-C charging cable with another to confirm the functionality of the cable.

Remove any and all debris that could be potentially blocking the mouse from charging by gently scraping the port with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol

The power outlet could be non-functional, hence it is recommended to try plugging in to another port
