Start by double checking to see if the charger is compatible with the device, not faulty, and plugged in correctly. If nothing is wrong with the charger but the phone is still not charging, then this is a sign that there may be problem inside the phone. Open the device to ensure that there are no debris or water damage inside or near the battery. After removing the battery and placing it back in, close the device before plugging the charger back in. Start by examining if the power button is having issues sticking within the phone.

Start by checking to be sure that audio is playing and the volume level is set to an appropriate level. Next visually inspect the speaker from the outside of the device to make sure there is nothing obstructing the speaker and blow it out with compressed air. First clean an examine lens for any cracks or chips. If it is cracked or chipped you will more than likely need a replacement. First check to see that the sim card has available space and is reading correctly. Next is to open the sim card port and see if it is inserted properly and free of debris.
