네트워크에 연결할 수 없음
시스템 및 앱 재시작 필요
SoundTouch 컨트롤러 앱을 닫고, 모든 케이블을 분리한 다음, SoundTouch와 앱을 다시 시작하세요.
앱이 다운로드되지 않음
컴퓨터나 모바일 기기에 SoundTouch 컨트롤러 앱이 다운로드되었는지 확인하세요. 컴퓨터용 앱을 다운로드하려면 http://www.Bose.com/soundtouch_app 페이지로 이동하세요. 모바일 기기의 경우 해당 기기의 앱 스토어에서 앱을 다운로드할 수 있습니다.
Wi-Fi에 연결되지 않음
SoundTouch가 컴퓨터나 모바일 기기와 동일한 Wi-Fi 네트워크에 연결되어 있는지 확인하세요. 다른 오디오나 비디오 스트리밍 앱을 중지하여 Wi-Fi 경로에 방해 요소가 없는지 확인하세요.
라디오 재생이 불안정하거나 전혀 재생되지 않음
시스템 및 앱 재시작 필요
모든 기기와 애플리케이션을 다시 시작하세요. AUX 버튼을 15초 동안 길게 눌러 시스템을 다시 시작하세요.
Wi-Fi에 연결되지 않음
SoundTouch가 컴퓨터나 모바일 기기와 동일한 Wi-Fi 네트워크에 연결되어 있는지 확인하세요.
외부 간섭
신호를 방해할 수 있는 다른 기기(전자레인지, 무선 기기 등)에서 시스템을 멀리 옮기세요.
AirPlay 스트림을 들을 수 없음
Wi-Fi에 연결되지 않음
SoundTouch와 AirPlay 기기를 동일한 Wi-Fi 네트워크에 연결한 다음, 시스템의 AirPlay 메뉴에서 SoundTouch를 선택하세요.
AirPlay가 켜져 있지 않음
AirPlay가 켜져 있는지 확인하세요. SoundTouch의 음량을 높여 확인해 보세요.
외부 간섭
AirPlay 기기를 간섭 발생 가능성이 있는 곳(전자레인지, 무선 전화기 및 기타 무선 기기 등)에서 멀리 옮기고, 무선 라우터나 액세스 포인트에 더 가까이 두세요. (AirPlay 기기와 SoundTouch 간의 거리는 중요하지 않지만, AirPlay 기기와 무선 라우터나 액세스 포인트 간의 거리는 중요합니다.)
모바일 기기/컴퓨터 및 라우터 재시작 필요
이전 단계를 수행해도 문제가 해결되지 않으면 모바일 기기나 컴퓨터, 그리고 라우터를 다시 시작하세요.
배터리 전원으로 작동 시 시스템이 켜지지 않음
배터리가 보호 모드 상태임
배터리가 보호 모드 상태인지 확인하세요. 그렇다면 보호 모드를 끄세요.
배터리가 충전되지 않음
배터리가 충전되지 않았는지 확인하세요. 충전되지 않았다면 SoundTouch를 전원에 연결하여 배터리를 충전하세요(배터리가 최소 10% 이상 충전되지 않으면 오디오가 재생되지 않습니다).
배터리 불량
그래도 시스템 전원이 켜지지 않으면 Bose 고객 지원팀에 문의하세요.
디스플레이 화면에 배터리 온도 경고 메시지가 나타남
SoundTouch가 너무 뜨겁거나 차가움
SoundTouch를 더 시원하거나 따뜻한 장소로 옮기고 배터리의 온도가 정상 범위로 돌아올 때까지 기다리세요.

hi, i ve just updated my bose soundtouch portable on my mobile apps, but after that its doesnot play now?and its not loading aswell. there is a rectangle bar on the screen but doesnt loading/?any heplwill be appreciated,

Bose SoundTouch has stopped playing. No sound. It connects to WiFi. Connects to AirPlay. You can even see track information/ station information on the display, but no sound. Shut it off for few days, and disconnect the power cable, start it again, it starts playing. I wonder if it’s one of the recent software update that has wrecked it.

I have deleted and reinstalled app and SoundTouch but still hav same stations and favorites saved on app. It can’t connect to some Tunein stations.

Updated Bose SoundTouch 20. Did not work after. Factory Reset based on guide but not 2 and -Volume states “Action Unavailable” what’s next?

Soundtouch portable -> changing battery to a new one -> battery was 50% loaded -> portable starts and run normal -> but the battery will not charge?! 220V adapter deliver 20V and is working fine.
Does anybody have a solution to get the portable charging the battery? I´m able to open battery and charging the battery external but no chance to get them loaded by portable.
