반응 없는 키보드
노트북 키보드의 키가 손상되었거나, 끼었거나, 결함이 있을 수 있습니다. 키보드 문제는 키가 눅눅하거나 반응이 없어서 알아챌 수 있습니다.
반응 없는 키
소수의 키만 영향을 받는 경우 키캡을 교체하세요. 단일 키를 교체하거나 필요한 경우 키보드를 교체하여 오래된 키캡을 새것으로 바꾸세요.
배터리 소모가 빠름
노트북을 과도하게 사용했거나 고온에 노출된 경우 배터리가 빠르게 소모될 수 있습니다.
배터리 수명이 다함
이 안내서에 따라 노트북의 배터리를 교체하세요.
노트북 과열
노트북이 과열되기 시작하고 속도가 현저하게 느려집니다.
통풍구 및 팬의 먼지
통풍구를 확인하여 노트북의 통풍구가 먼지나 다른 이물질로 막혀 있지 않은지 확인하세요. 에어 스프레이를 사용하여 통풍구에 쌓인 먼지를 불어내세요.
팬 결함
팬은 깨끗하지만 작동이 멈춘 경우, 이 안내서에 따라 팬 어셈블리를 교체하세요.
디스플레이 이미지 왜곡
디스플레이에 하드웨어 또는 소프트웨어 오류가 발생하면 깜박임, 검은 화면, 왜곡된 이미지 등 디스플레이 오작동이 나타날 수 있습니다.
화면 결함 또는 파손

The RAM Chips are soldered onto the Motherboard. So the replacement advice is clearly a generic text-block.

Hi @carstenhiort, thank you for your message. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by incomplete information on this page. Originally, a team of students started this page but did not complete it, so we marked it with the "Page Stub" flag last year to indicate that it needed more information. Unfortunately, we have no way of making this page private. I appreciate you bringing to our attention that the RAM is soldered, making the information provided inaccurate. I will remove this topic. My name is listed on the Troubleshooting page as the "author" because I fixed the URL. However, the information about the device was from a student team. Thanks again for letting us know about the RAM!
